She was predeceased by: her son Jimmy Segers; her grandchildren, Tammy Taylor and Mindy Lou Chesser Woodson; her brother Clint; and also Scrap Iron.
She is survived by: her spouse Howard Benjamin Simmons; her children, Linda Segers Nolan (Charles), Betty Kaye Segers Mayfield (Roger), John Howard Simmons (Suzie), Judy Simmons Lee (Billy), Doni Simmons (Mariann), Tony Clint Simmons (Tasha) and Todd Eric Simmons (Kelli); her grandchildren, Barry Nelson, Misty Morris, Sonny Simmons, Clint Simmons, J'Lynn Simmons, Chase Simmons and Colby Simmons; and her nieces and nephews, Cindy Sneed, Cam Ross, Stephen Courtney and Wendall Courtney.
