She is survived by: her spouse Larry Woodley; her children, Terri Brown (Skeeter), Mindy Anderson (Jeff) and Keith Woodley (Debby); her siblings, Don Carter (Betty Nash), David Carter (Cathy), Jerry Carter (Jan), Cathy Carter (William) and Vicky Elliott (Mike); her grandchildren, Brianna Fry (Landon), Dusty Woodley (Krystal), Danielle Struwe (Sean), Brian Brown (Jamie), Trey Hicks (Stephanie), Cody Anderson and Brandon Brown; and also, Dusty Woodley, Brian Brown, Trey Hicks, Cody Anderson, Brandon Brown, Sean Struwe, Brianna Fry and Danielle Struwe. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family of Linda Jo Woodley has requested that all donations be made to East Texas Home Health and Hospice or any other cancer organizations.
