He was predeceased by: his father Jack Holloway. He is survived by: his son Cody (Lara); his grandchildren, Calym, Amryn, Olivia, Audrey and Max; his mother Sally Holloway; and his siblings, Steve Holloway (Karen), Carolyn Hardy (Lee) and Susan Clark (Frank). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
