He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Dugger Prazak of Marshall, TX; his children, Mark Prazak (Sandy), Keith Prazak (Marie) of Lewisville, TX, Bob Netrow (Heather) of Fortson, GA, Kerry Prazak (Kim) of Keller, TX., Karla Prazak of Channelview, TX, Kayla Prazak Heitmeyer of Conroe, TX and Karen Prazak Guay (Jim) of Tyler, TX; and his sister Beverly Prazak Brenner (Bob) of Longview, TX.. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and their dear friends.
