He is survived by: his wife Ofilia; his children, Liz Solomon and Frank Bailey, Jr.; his wife Jamie; his grandchildren, Thomas Solomon, Jonathan Young, Andria Winner, Samuel Bailey and Paige Uhr; and his great grandchild Hunter Young.
