He is survived by: his wife Earlean Smith; his children, Dean Smith (Lea Ann) and Deborah Turner (Doug); his grandchildren, Tommy Smith, Brandon Smith (Dawn), Katie Smith, Scarlet Vise (Jacob), Peyton Facello, Justin Cox and Candice Hamilton; and his great grandchildren, Courtney of Emma, K. K., Garrett, Corbin, Jaxon, Derrick, Hunter, Ronnie, Tucker and Molly.
