He is survived by: his daughter Carol Hartt (Mark Hartt); his grandchild John Mark Hartt (Amber Hartt); his great grandchildren, Mason Hartt and Abigail Hartt; his son Allen Martin (Amy Martin); his grandchildren, Chris Martin (Katie Martin) and Heather Voelkel (Colby Voelkel); his great grandchildren, Ellie Voelkel and Matthew Voelkel; and also Scott Hartt (Cynthia Hartt). He is also survived by father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Carol's honor to Marshall Homecare and Hospice or a charity of your choice.
