She was predeceased by: her parents, Juana Cervantez and Genaro Aguilar; and her sons, Manuel Jr., Ernesto and Pedro Leos (Pete).

She is survived by: her siblings, Celia Pavon Aguilar and Pedro Aguilar; her children, Maria Anita Benavides and Eduardo Leos (Lalo); her grandchildren, Michael, Racheal, Theresa and Jessica Benavides; and her great grandchild Kiara Gonzales. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
