He is survived by: his siblings, Bo, Mary Alice "Dolly" Kelly Johnson of Bryan and Margie Kelly Robinson of Madisonville; his children, Kathy Harris (Billy) of Madisonville, Jodie Bishop (Mike) of Madisonville, Karen Hopkins (Dean) of Buffalo, Frank Kelly, Jr. of Madisonville and Daniel Kelly (Candis) of Madisonville; his grandchildren, Ray Harris (Courtney), Justin Hopkins, Wendy Noey (Michael), Nikki Brady (Brian), Chuck Kelly (Lindy), Clint Kelly (Clara), Cole Kelly (Courtney), Amy Reyes (Elias), Kelsey Taylor (Tray) and Zack Kelly (Kaleigh); and his great grandchildren, Payton West, Porter West, McKenzie Noey, Hank Noey, Jacey Harris, Raylie Harris, Katy Harris, Gracie Reyes, Kixley Reyes, Anna Kelly, Bo Kelly, Grayson Taylor, Faith Taylor, Zoe Brady, Olivia Kelly, Kace Kelly Courtlyn Kelly and Cutler Kelly.
