She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Bell and Mary Bell; her husband Reverend Kenneth C. Hensley; her daughter Anita Hensley Schwartz; and her siblings, Bill Bell (Betty) and Ann Costello (Pat).

She is survived by: her children, Karen Hensley of Mabank, Brent Hensley of Mabank, Chris Hensley (Stacy) of Martins Mill and Kevin Hensley (Rae); and her brother Tom Bell of Mabank. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
