She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John Vaughn Sr.; her parents, Santos Cavazos and Ramona Cavazos; her parents-in-law, Joel and Bessie Vaughn; her children, Tammy Alva (Rafael) and John Vaughn Jr.; her grandchildren, Steven Sanchez, Marc Sanchez, Jason Newman, Tera Brook (Allen) and Kelli Plummer (Val); her great grandchildren, Anna Kate and Zane Brook; and her siblings, Victor Verastigui (Mary Helen), Santos Cavazos (Sandra) and Bertha Cubriel (Reggie). She was also cherished by numerous Nieces, Nephews & Cousins.
