He is survived by: his wife Naomi Carrillo; his children, Agapito D. Carrillo, Jr. and Raquel Hernandez; his grandson Jason Damien Hernandez; and his siblings, Jovita, Antonio and Jesus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
