He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Miller and Ruby Runion Miller; and his wife Billie Ruth Miller. He is survived by: his children, Richard, Steve "Bubba" Wagner (Pamela), Daniel Wagner (Deanna), Allen Wagner (Mary Anne), Karen Bartek and Lori Ann Wagner; his sister Beverly Ring; his grandchildren, Jason Wagner, Maribel, Lane Wagner (Carley), Danielle Smith (Andy), Lacey Kent (Scott), Haley Hone (Johnny), David Thieme (Lauren) and Shawn Howard; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Addison, Caitlyn, Matthew, Abigail, Madilyn, Faith, Dax, Teddy, Colin, Bodhi, Abel, Atlas and Nova.
