She was predeceased by: her parents, Leah Pepper (Montgomery) and Ira Lee Pepper; her husband Charles A. Roberts; and her daughter Sherry Gale Steele. She is survived by: her daughters, Debi (Dixon Shanks) of Lufkin and Suzanne Miller of Lufkin; her grandchildren, Taran Shanks, Laura Lee Colten, Anna Gale Hamilton, Meagan, Caitlin, Alaine and Gillian; and her great grandchildren, Sean, Leah, Saralynn, Luke, Eden, Eve, Arlo, Coco and Jovie.

The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Harmony Hill Baptist Church, 2708 S. Chestnut St., Lufkin, Texas.
