He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Moore and Buddy Moore; his son Travis; and his sister Dana Powell. He is survived by: his stepmother Nadine Moore; his daughters, Trish Beres (Joseph) and Misty Meeker (Matthew Robertson); and his siblings, Richard Moore (Judy), Vickie Fitz (Delton), Kathy Moore, Glenda Downey (David), Brandy Denison and Cody Denison. He is also survived by three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to The American Lung Association in his memory.
