He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Evans Rice and Myrtle Ione Johnson Rice; and his siblings, Richard Edward Rice, Ronald 'Ronnie Keith Rice and Norma Carole Rice Murphy.
He is survived by: his children, Demetra 'Demi Michell (David Dwayne Kinney) of Austin, Texas, Gary Don 'Donnie Rice of Richmond and Raymond 'Randy Arthur Bolby of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Ryan Avery, Sawyer Hayden, Hayes Cohen Kinney of Austin and Heather Ann Patrick of Wichita. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Mr. Gary may be made to the Louise Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 249, Louise, TX 77455.
