He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Morris and Dixie Morris (Dossett); his wife Twyla Motley; his son Jimmy Morris; and his cousin Hoyd Branch.
He is survived by: his children, Joey Morris (Darla) of Sulphur Springs, Cathy Stroud (Paul) of Lone Oak, Ronald Motley (Carol) of Oklahoma and Robbin Wallace (Loyd) of Mt. Vernon; and his cousin Kay Calvert of Rockwall. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren.
