He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin Emmitt and Evelyn Dennis Neagle; his brothers, Marlin David Neagle and Michael Ray Neagle; and his father-in-law James F. Payne.
He is survived by: his wife Fonda Neagle of Lone Oak; his mother-in-law Billie Jean Payne of Lone Oak; his daughters, Teresa Lynn Wilson (Greg) of East Tawakoni and Jerri Wofford (Brad) of Flint; his siblings, Marshall Edward Neagle (Vicki) of Golden and Connie Love (Gary) of Golden; his grandchildren, Hali Balentine (Scott), Lorem Wofford, Damian Wilson, Aden Wilson, Madalynn Wilson, Guy Wofford and Rhyder Wofford; and his great grandchild Aubrey Balentine. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
