She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Dee and Enola E. Franks Whitely; and her husband Henry Adkins. She is survived by: her friend Frankie Law of Emory; her sons, Ronald Keith Adkins (Dawn) of Georgetown and Jason Curtis Adkins of Lone Oak; her brother Floyd M. Whitely of Houston; and her nephew Tommy Whitely (Jennie) of Houston. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
