Billie is survived by: son Steve (Kathi Perry) of Lone Oak; siblings, Betty Ann Kelley of Greenville, Weldon Kelley of Georgetown and Charles Kelley of Sonnyvalle, MO.; grandchildren, Miranda Perry of Lone Oak, Natasha Glasgow of Austin and Jamie Glasgow of China Spring; and great grandchildren, Gavin Glasgow of Chin Spring and Payton Madison of Austin.
