He was predeceased by: his father Billy Randall Carr; his grandparents, Richard M. Carr, Ida Irene Carr, John Alton Wages and Ethel Leona Wages; and his brothers, Ricky Carr and Walter Carr.
He is survived by: his mother Vernnie Rose Carr (Wages) of Denton, Texas; his wife Melissa Carr of Lockhart, Texas; his children, Teresa Murray (Danny Wyant) of Ft. Worth, Deborah Carr of Denton, Mara Vereene Dupert (Damon) of Lockhart, Tayna Brown (Philip) of Austin, Texas, Jeunus Carr of Loveland and Dalon Carr of Austin, Texas; his brothers, Gene Carr (Carolyn) of Bryan and Glenn Carr of Denton, Texas; and his grandchildren, Mara Lilly Dupert, Nola Dew Estrada, Brandi McCray, Star Chambless, Nicholas Murray, Katelyn Black, Matthew Black, April Sweitzer, Hazel Dupert and Violet Rose Brown. He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
