She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Gaines and Devella Lockett; and her husband Eddie Dean Williams. She is survived by: her sons, Victor Wheeler and Billy Fred Gaines; her sister Vesta Miller of Borger; and her granddaughter Lisa Jones. She is also survived by three great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, relatives, and friends.
