She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Williams and Mary Williams; her husband Jesse Raymond Rowley Jr.; and her children, Roy "Eddie" Cooper, Jesse Raymond Rowley III and Beverly Ann Rowley.

She is survived by: her children, Shirley (Bob Duncan), Karen Mullins, Naomi (Jimmy Crosby), Roberta (Mark Grunewald), Susie Hall, Earl Lee Rowley and Walter (Eugena Cooper); and her grandchildren, Philip Jeffrey, Marcus Cooper, Matthew Cooper, Brandy Otto, Nicole Corkill, Shanna Brown, Stacy Grunewald, Samantha Pena, Jesse Rowley IV, Joey Rowley and Christina Rowley. She is also survived by grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
