She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Wagner and Nettie (Ratliff); her husband Tommy Fowler; and her brother Gilbert Wagner. She is survived by: her children, Pete Fowler (Elaine) of Rotan, Texas and Charmane Fowler Rogers (Mike) of Llano, Texas; and her grandchildren, Tish Hullum, Gray Fowler, Michelle Berlinger and Christopher Rogers.
