She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Wuthrich and Verona Wuthrich; her husband Leslie Smith; her sister Julia Reeves; and her great-nephew Chase P. McGowen.

She is survived by: her siblings, Eileen W. Gant and Otto (Gloria Wuthrich); and her sister-in-law Tessie Smith Pesce.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish to honor her memory can make a donation to Easter Seals or the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, causes close to her heart.
