She was predeceased by: her husbands, Jerry Lewis and James Harold; her son David Anton Sanders; her parents, Edward Anton Skrivanek and Mary Edna Skrivanek (Manderson); and her brother Britt Skrivanek.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Kathleen Harper (Rich); her grandchildren, Mary Jessica Kuehn (Kris) and Richard Edward Harper (Tazi); her great grandchildren, Abigail Rose Kuehn, Jasper Jay Harper and Cian Grey Harper; the father of her children John David Sanders; and her sister Melanie S. Harrison. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
