He is survived by: his wife Maria Chavarria (Tovar) of Livingston, Texas; his children, Pedro Chavarria of Livingston, Texas, Aida Chavarria of Livingston, Texas, Luz Chavarria of Livingston, Texas and Karla Chavez (Fortunato) of Livingston, Texas; and his siblings, Juan Chavarria (Luisa) of Eagle Pass, Texas, Martha Chavarria of Arkansas and Mercedes Chavarria of Eagle Pass, Texas. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
