He was predeceased by: his father Marcus Parker; his sister Eddie Lee Parker; his stepmother Ruthie Parker; his stepbrother Walter Ellis; his granddaughter Chazmyn Carter; and his godson Victor Greene.
He is survived by: his significant other Mary Francis Evans; his daughters, Janette Franklin, Sandra Carr and Brigitte Parker; his godchildren, Necole Wyatt, Tiwana Parker, Pam Barlow, Darriel Greene, Trina Greene Powers and Roy Greene; and his sister-in-law Mary Ellis. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren; 21 Great-Grandchildren; A host of other relatives and friends.
