He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lewis and Martha Lewis (Davis); and his brothers, Jesse Lewis and Mike Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Lewis of Livingston, Texas; his children, Sonya Shannon of Livingston, Texas, Tracie Fuller of Livingston, Texas, Shannon Lewis of Spokane, Tim Lewis of Iva and Lonnie Lewis of Anderson; and his brothers, Tony Lewis of Charleston, John Lewis of Belton, Wendell Lewis of Corrigan, Jimmy Lewis of Cleveland and Lee Lewis of Ace, Texas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
