He was predeceased by: his parents, Sinnett Hayward and Nova Hayward; and his son David Hayward. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; and his grandchildren, Devin Daussat (Tony), Katelyn Davis (Bryan), David Hayward (Courtney), Jonathan Hayward and Zachary Walker. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
