She is survived by: her former husband Mario Ramos; her children, Mario Luis and Alicia Ramos Fernandez; her brothers, Enrique Reyes and Alberto Reyes; her grandchildren, Ivan, Alexander, Andre and Katherine Ramos; and her great grandchildren, Giulianna, Daniella and Elliot Fernandez. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and a few great-nieces and great-nephews.
It was during this time that Osmara was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
