It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Hooten (Lewisville, Texas), born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on April 26, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Donald H. Hooten. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hooten; his sons, Shane Hooten (Patricia) of Whitney, Chad Hooten (Kristen) of Whitney and Greg Hooten of Lewisville; his grandchildren, Shanda Girsh of Whitney, Chelsea Hooten of Whitney, Taylor Hooten of Mineola and Meghan Hooten of Round Rock; and his great grandchildren, Bryson of Whitney, Jaxon of Whitney, Cooper of Whitney and Camden of Whitney.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for monetary donations or donations of drinks/snacks to Providence Hospice Place, 300 W. Hwy 6, Waco, Tx, 76712, in remembrance of our Papaw, Larry Hooten.
