She was predeceased by: her parents, William Riley Smith and Ida Belle Smith; and her siblings, Arthur Smith, Homer Smith, Howard Smith, Jesse Smith, Ray Smith and Ola Mae.
She is survived by: her child Billy Caples, Jr.; her wife Raynell; her brother Willie Smith; her sister-in-law Wanda; her grandchildren, Trey Caples, Lee Carr, Chris Caples, Ashley Thompson, Ross Caples and Jennifer Caples Morris; and also, Ed Caples and Joyce Thompson (Greg). She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
