She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gloria Owen and Leland Cooley; and also Uncle Neal Edwards. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Tadlock; her parents, Roger Lee Edwards and Victoria Lee Button; her daughters, Kascie Davidson and Hailey Davidson; her granddaughter Melody Nicole; her sister April Ferrer; her nieces, Shelby Vest, Madison Ferrer, Avery and Presley; and her nephew Grey Ferrer.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider making a donation in Amy's name to the National Alliance on Mental Illness which promotes research and services for a cause that was especially important to Amy.
