He is survived by: his wife Theodora Milton-Lewis of Texas; his siblings, Kenneth and Wanda Willians of Texas; his children, Daryl R Johnson of Colorado, Aljean Lewis II of New Jersey and Amber Lewis-Bowerman of Arizona; and his granddaughters, Asha of California, Ava, Alyssa of Arizona and Kaizen of Colorado. He is also survived by loving father to his children and adored his four granddaughters.
