He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Phillips and Lois Phillips; and his siblings, Doris Wayne Anderson and Coy Rufus Phillips, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jane Moore; his children, Russ Phillips (Debbie) of Odessa, Rodney Phillips (Becky) of Wolfforth and Rebecca Macha (Dee) of Levelland; his stepson Landon Barnes (Meredith) of Frisco; his sisters, Linda Robertson and Glenda Arthur (Loyd); his grandchildren, Carson Phillips (Leslie), Mackenzie Dunbar (Wade), Hillary Mayers (Zac), Tucker and Luke Phillips; his stepgrandchildren, Connor Landers, Sydney and Jake Barnes; his great grandchildren, Jurni, Wayson Dunbar, Penn Phillips, Margot Mayers and Brynne Phillips; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ben and Chloe Landers.
