He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hook and Helen Bogardus Hook; his wife Carolyn Hook; and his sister Marian. He is survived by: his children, David Hook and Laura Hook; his grandchildren, Logan Hook, Jordan Hook, Joel Adams, Sarah Adams and Daniel Adams; and his great grandchild Norah Adams.
