She is survived by: her husband Don Tugwell; her daughters, Dawn Childers (Whit), Sherry Carter and Marla Blocker; and her grandchildren, Haleigh Howe (Caleb), Brittni Wilkerson (Kolby), Ashley Friesen (John), Hunter Carter (Madeline), Devin Carter (Kaitlyn), Whitney Blocker and Mallary Blocker. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
