He is survived by: his wife Tina; his sons, Justin Aaron Mulkey (Tori), Dylan Ray Mulkey (Alex) and Zachary Ryan Mulkey (Taylor); his parents-in-law, Danny, Caren York and Charlotte Crain; and his grandparents, Charles and Linda Nance.
