He is survived by: his wife Nicole Campbell; his daughter Clara Ruth; his parents, Shelley Campbell and Jim Campbell; his brother Ty Campbell; his sons, William and Hunter; his nephew Reid Campbell; his niece Kolbie Campbell; his parents-in-law, Annette, Patrick Sykora, Amy and Steve Sever; his siblings-in-law, Garrett Raible, Holden Sykora (Haley), Ryan Sykora (Andrea), Natalie Raible, Haylee Boyd (Zachary), Hannah Grigsby (Ian) and Savannah Gwinn (Derek); and his nieces and nephews, Collins Boyd, Twila, Eliza Gwinn and Sloan Grigsby.
The family suggests memorials be made to Hillside Christian Church, Higginbotham Ministries, or your favorite charity.
