He is survived by: his wife Joyce Marie Howell of Leonard; his daughter Kerisha Gardner; his son-in-law Jarrod Gardner of Leonard; his son Patrick Howell; his daughter-in-law Jessica Howell of Leonard; his grandchildren, Alexis Rust of Leonard, Keyton Rust Lauren Gardner of Leonard and Destin Howell of Leonard; and his brother-in-law Ricky Melton of Blue Ridge.
