He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Ragsdale, Sr. and Margaret Ragsdale (Reed); his wife Alice Ragsdale; his daughter Alice Kathleen Rowe; and his siblings, Johnny Ragsdale, Jack Ragsdale and Opal Fitzgerald.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Mark Ragsdale (Judith) of Canton, Texas and Susan Crossland (Calvin) of Leonard, Texas; his grandchildren, Jimmy Rowe, Brian Rowe, Jason Rowe, Robyn Brinkley, Joshua Ragsdale, Micah Crossland and Nicole Clark; and his siblings, Mozelle Kissler and Jerry Ragsdale. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
