She was predeceased by: her mother Alice Nean McKissack Ragsdale; her husband Jimmy Don Rowe, Sr.; and her grandparents, Jesse Ragsdale, Sr. and Margaret Ragsdale. She is survived by: her father Jesse Marion Ragsdale, Jr. of Leonard; her pet Mikey; her grandchildren, Justin Rowe (Alison Rowe), Blayne Rowe (Bodie Rowe), Karley Rowe of Blue Ridge and Charles Watkins (Cheyenne Binger); her great grandchildren, Grayson Rowe of Forney, Caleigh Watkins of Seagoville, Carson Watkins of Seagoville, Collin Watkins of Seagoville and Kingston Wadsworth of Seagoville; her siblings, Susan Ragsdale Crossland (Calvin) of Leonard and Mark; and her sister-in-law Judith Ragsdale of Combine. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
