He is survived by: his siblings, Ira Calkins and Joanne Birchfield (Walt Birchfield); his children, Todd Calkins (Jamie Calkins), Pearl Blitch (Edward Blitch) and Mary Griffin (John Griffin); and his grandchildren, Cole, Carley, Caden, Sandy, James, Rebecca, Davien and Kyran.
