He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ben William and Marie Mesmer Carter; his brother Jeff; his wife Annette Carter (Born); his stepchildren, Janell Carter Hernandez (Edward Hernandez), Will, Lucas, Joanna and Renee Carter Schott (Tim Schott); his stepgrandchild Judah; his stepson Matt Carter (Megan Atsoff Carter); his stepgrandson Isaac; his brother Tedd Carter (Kim); and his son Jeff Carter (Dianna). He was also cherished by his 3 children, their spouses.
