He was predeceased by: his parents, Veda Williams and Horace Harvell Doolen; his stepfather Truett Moore; his sister Doris (Douglas Stockton); and his aunt Oleta (Frank Carpenter).
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Doolen; his children, Matt Doolen (Nancy Petersen), Carolyn Doolen Seelye (John), John Doolen (Cynthia Herrera), Cynthia J Doolen and Charlene Doolen Wetegrove (Miguel Herrera); his stepchildren, Chris Ousset (Elise), Elizabeth Taplin (John) and Tom Wetegrove; his grandchildren, Timothy Doolen, Andrew Doolen, Sean Petersen Doolen, Justin Seelye (Katie), Jeremy Seelye, Jacob Seelye (Sarah), Daniel Delgado, Lindsay J. Carroll, Michael T. Carroll, Kaitlyn M. Fronapfel (Cameron), Shelby R. Burrer, Megan Wetegrove, Hannah Wetegrove, Abbie Ousset, Emily Ousset, Jack Ousset, Jana Sprecher, Andrew Taplin and Nathaniel Taplin; his great grandchildren, Jerek Seelye, Wrenn Seelye, Spencer Seelye, Hayleigh J. Jimenez, Easton H. Vela, Ellora F. Carroll, Edrina L. Carroll, Rory L. Fronapfel, Owen A. Fronapfel, Evelyn Carpenter and James Carpenter; and his half-sister Linda Moore.
