She was predeceased by: her husband George Crook. She is survived by: her children, Timisha Louise Crook Sinclair and David Crook (Becky) of Buchanan Dam; her grandchildren, Melissa Thornhill, Amy Jo Williams, Jennifer Ingle (Robert), Annette Dishon (Alex) and George Sinclair (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Cerise, Sydney, Luke and Bria; and also Timisha Sinclair (Paul) of Katy.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Leakey United Methodist Church.
