With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Carter (Leakey, Texas), born in Liberty, Texas, who passed away on June 9, 2018 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Neuman and Annie Neuman; her husband Larry Gail Carter; and her sister Florence Fisher. She is survived by: her sisters, Rose Marie McMillen of Kingwood and Theresa Damek of Dayton.
