With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip R. Dugger of Lampasas, Texas, born in Mertens, Texas, who passed away on October 22, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. H. Dugger and Ruth Hafley Dugger. He is survived by: his wife Nita Dugger of Lampasas; his children, Carl Dugger (Theresa) of Arkansas, Cheryl Magnes (Brian) of Lampasas, Tammy Longoria (Michael) of Dallas and Lorrie Dayton of Lampasas; his siblings, David Dugger and Nina Sue Davis; his grandchildren, Derick Dayton, Cody Dugger, Denton Dayton, Shawn Meeks, Morgan Dandley, April Meeks, Amber Meeks and Allison Borde; and his great grandchildren, Athena Dayton and David Dugger.
