He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Holly Edwin and Charity Love Harton; his daughter Charlotte Jane (Joe); his caregivers, Tessa, Betsy, Deborah, Denise, Kristiana, Rosie and Beth; his son Hal Harton (Sue); his grandchildren, Dawn Sappington (Steve), Marci Tomme (Dean), Scott Harton, Holly Sheppard (Bradley), Greg Bell (Sarah) and Jason Bell (Gigi); his great grandchildren, Sadie Kleppel (Dylan), Maddie Grace, Jaxon Tomme, Ephraim, Eli Sheppard, Andrew and Joseph Bell; his cousin Ray Bizzel (Dorothy); his significant other Martha Yvonne Harton; and his great grandchild Sarah Sappington. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
